Common use of Coin Operated Machines Clause in Contracts

Coin Operated Machines. The Tenant shall not have or permit or suffer to be on the Leased Premises any machines selling merchandise or services or providing entertainment, whether by coins, credit cards or otherwise, unless expressly approved by the Landlord in writing. The Landlord acknowledges and agrees that the Tenant may have a limited number of vending machines in the Leased Premises for the purposes of providing soft drinks, juices and snacks for its employees.
