Common use of Cold Comfort Letters Clause in Contracts

Cold Comfort Letters. At the time this Agreement is executed you shall have received cold comfort letters containing statements and information of the type customarily included in accountants’ comfort letters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, addressed to the Representative and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to you and to each of the Auditors, dated as of the date of this Agreement.

At the time this Agreement is executed you shall have received cold comfort letters containing statements and information of the type customarily included in accountants’ comfort letters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, addressed to the Representative and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to you and to Xxxxxx and Xxxx, each of the Auditors, dated as of the date of this Agreement.

At the time this Agreement is executed you shall have received cold comfort letters containing statements and information of the type customarily included in accountants’ comfort letters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained or incorporated or deemed incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, addressed to the Representative Underwriter and in form and substance satisfactory in all respects to you you, to the Auditor and to each of the AuditorsCompany’s former auditor, CSH, dated as of the date of this Agreement.
