Collaboration and Customization. During the integration and implementation process, Vendor and Symantec will collaborate on the integration, implementation, and look and feel of such in the use of the Symantec Licensing and Download Manager Technology. Such customization shall include, but not be limited to, the Customer experience (front end purchase process), security and commerce integration (back end purchase process) for the Symantec products that are commerce enabled. Any future customization requests after the final acceptance signoff may require additional development, as mutually agreed upon by the Parties, and as evidenced by an executed amendment to this Agreement or separately executed SOW.
