Collaboration Costs. Subject to Section 3.13(a)(vi), the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities and the GE Entities shall pay the fees, costs and expenses owed by such parties under any applicable Collaboration Agreements (such fees, costs and expenses, “Collaboration Costs”), in each case in accordance with and subject to the terms of such Collaboration Agreements.
