Common use of Collaboration Expenses Clause in Contracts

Collaboration Expenses. Subject to the terms of Section 1.4(b) and Article IV, each party shall bear the costs and expenses of work done pursuant to the Collaboration at its laboratories and its affiliated laboratories.
