Common use of Collaboration Know-How and IP Clause in Contracts

Collaboration Know-How and IP. (i) Each Party will promptly (and at least on a calendar quarterly basis) disclose to the other Party any Collaboration Know-How discovered, created, conceived, developed or reduced to practice by or on behalf of such Party, and will provide the other Party such documentation regarding the same as the other Party may reasonably request.
