Collaboration on learning and regulations. ‌ It is the intention of the government agencies to create the conditions for proactive dialogue and learning regarding policy development and existing and proposed regulations on sustainable urban development and climate transition. This work shall be based on the needs of the municipality and be conducted in the agencies’ joint working group and in dialogue with the involved cities. The agencies shall participate in the strategic development work described in Section 6.
