Common use of Collaboration Products Clause in Contracts

Collaboration Products. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including Sections 3.1(e) and (f)), Alnylam hereby grants to Novartis and its Affiliates an exclusive (subject to Alnylam's right (itself or through its Affiliates) to perform its obligations under the Research Collaboration), worldwide, royalty-bearing, sublicensable (subject to Section 3.1(d)) right and license under Alnylam Intellectual Property to (i) Discover, Develop, Commercialize or Manufacture Collaboration Products for all applications in the Field, and (ii) to Develop, Commercialize or Manufacture Discovered RNAi Compounds.

Collaboration Products. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Collaboration Agreement and of Section 2.5 of this Agreement (including Sections 3.1(e) and (f))License Agreement, Alnylam hereby grants to Novartis and its Affiliates an exclusive (subject to Alnylam's right (itself or through its Affiliates) to perform its obligations under the Research Collaboration), worldwide, royalty-bearing, sublicensable (subject to Section 3.1(d)) of the Collaboration Agreement) right and license sublicense under Alnylam Intellectual Property CRT Patent Rights to (i) Discover, Develop, Commercialize or Manufacture Collaboration Products for all applications in the CRT Field, and (ii) to Develop, Commercialize or Manufacture Discovered RNAi Compounds.
