Collaboration Program License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on a Collaboration Program-by-Collaboration Program basis, effective during the Option Period with respect to a Collaboration Program, Voyager hereby grants Genzyme a non-transferable (except as provided in Section 17.1 (Assignment)), sublicensable (subject to Section 11.1.5 (Genzyme Sublicense Rights)), worldwide, non-exclusive license under the Voyager Licensed Technology to Develop Collaboration Products and conduct Collaboration Programs.
