Collaboration Scope. Subject to Sections 3.1(b)(ii), 3.8, 4.9 and 4.10 hereof, during the Exclusivity Period, each Party agrees to work exclusively with the other Party in the manner contemplated under this Agreement on the discovery, research and development of molecules within Immuno-oncology and with respect to Program Target Profiles in Precision Oncology.
