Collateral Administrator Approval. Sellers shall not cause the Purchased Assets or Mezzanine Subsidiary Assets to be serviced or administered by any servicer or administrator other than a servicer or administrator expressly approved in writing by Buyer, which approval shall be deemed granted by Buyer with respect to the Collateral Administrator, any Seller, and all subservicers subservicing the Purchased Assets and Mezzanine Subsidiary Assets on the date such Purchased Asset and Mezzanine Subsidiary Asset becomes subject to a transaction with the execution of this Agreement.
