Collateral Administrator Removal. The Collateral Administrator may be removed, with or without cause, by the Administrative Agent by notice given in writing to the Collateral Administrator (the “Collateral Administrator Termination Notice”); provided that, notwithstanding its receipt of a Collateral Administrator Termination Notice, the Collateral Administrator shall continue to act in such capacity until a successor Collateral Administrator has been appointed and has agreed to act as Collateral Administrator hereunder.
