Collateral Agency Agreement. Each of this Agreement and each other Credit Document is a “Financing Agreement”, as such term is defined in the Collateral Agency Agreement. All of the obligations of the Borrower hereunder and under the other Credit Documents are “Obligations”, as such term is defined in the Collateral Agency Agreement, and “Permitted Secured Indebtedness”, as such term is defined in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
