Collateral Agency Agreement. This Security Agreement shall be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Collateral Agency Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Collateral Agency Agreement and this Security Agreement, the provisions of the Collateral Agency Agreement shall prevail.
