Collateral Agent, Agent and Lenders Not Obligated to Perform. Neither the Collateral Agent, the Agent nor any Lender shall be obligated to perform any of the obligations of the Grantors under or in respect of any Guarantee Collateral or any other contract or agreement included in the Guarantee Collateral or to take any action to collect or enforce any claim for payment assigned by this Agreement.
