Collateral Agent and Representative. It is understood and agreed that (a) the Senior Credit Agreement Collateral Agent is entering into this Agreement in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Senior Credit Agreement and the provisions of Article IX of the Senior Credit Agreement applicable to the Agents (as defined therein) thereunder shall also apply to the Senior Credit Agreement Collateral Agent hereunder and (b) the Initial Junior Lien Collateral Agent is entering into this Agreement in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Initial Junior Lien Agreement and the provisions of Article [IX] of the Initial Junior Lien Agreement applicable to the Agents (as defined therein) thereunder shall also apply to the Initial Junior Lien Collateral Agent hereunder.
