Collateral Agent Authorized. The Pledgor hereby authorizes the Collateral Agent to file one or more financing or continuation statements and amendments thereto (or similar documents required by any laws of any applicable jurisdiction) relating to all or any part of the Pledged Interests or other Pledged Collateral without the signature of such Pledgor.
Collateral Agent Authorized. The Debtor irrevocably appoints the Collateral Agent as its lawful attorney and agent and grants the Collateral Agent the power to execute, authenticate and to file, with or without any signature and by electronic means, any Financing Statement, Addendum, Amendment, Continuation Statement or other Record, in the Debtor's name and on the Debtor's behalf including any filing which further describes for identification any Commercial Tort Claim which may come into existence in the future.
