Collateral Agent Indemnitees. Collateral Agent and its officers, directors, employees, Affiliates, agents and attorneys. Contracts: all of Grantor’s now owned and hereafter acquired loan agreements, accounts, installment sale contracts, Instruments, notes, documents, chattel paper, and all other forms of obligations owing to Grantor, including Vehicle Contracts, and any collateral for any of the foregoing, including all rights under any and all Contract Security Documents and Vehicles or other merchandise returned to or repossessed by Grantor.
