Collateral Agent Instructions. The Collateral Agent is authorized and instructed to promptly execute any Accession Agreement duly executed and delivered to the Collateral Agent by an Acceding Party, which is acknowledged by the Borrower and accompanied by a fully executed accession agreement to the Intercreditor Agreement.
