Common use of Collateral Agent Report Clause in Contracts

Collateral Agent Report. In the case of the Administrator, for so long as a Liquidation Event for any Series of Notes is continuing, furnish or cause the Collateral Servicer to furnish to the Program Agent and each Series 2021-A Noteholder, the Collateral Agent Report prepared in accordance with Section 2.4 (Collateral Agent Reports) of the Collateral Agency Agreement; provided that the Servicer may furnish or cause to be furnished to the Program Agent any such Collateral Agent Report, by posting, or causing to be posted, such Collateral Agent Report to a password-protected website made available to the Program Agent or by any other reasonable means of electronic transmission (including, without limitation, e-mail, file transfer protocol or otherwise).
