Common use of Collateral Agent’s Duties Clause in Contracts

Collateral Agent’s Duties. The powers conferred on Collateral Agent hereunder are solely to protect Collateral Agent’s security interest in the Collateral, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and shall not impose any duty upon Collateral Agent to exercise any such powers.
