Collateral Agent’s Fees and Expenses. 49. The Grantors jointly and severally agree to reimburse the Collateral Agent for its fees and expenses incurred hereunder as provided in Section 11.03 of the Loan Agreement; provided that, each reference therein to the “Borrower” shall be deemed to include a reference to the Grantors.
