Collateral Agent’s Right to Perform Contracts, Exercise Rights, etc. (a) If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Collateral Agent (or its designee) may proceed to perform any and all of the obligations of any Assignor contained in any Pledged Charter and exercise any and all rights of any Assignor therein contained as fully as such Assignor itself could.
