Collateral Certificates and Schedules. Debtor shall furnish to Lender from time to time, upon request, written statements, certificates and schedules identifying and describing the Collateral and any additions thereto and substitutions therefor in such detail as Lender may require and certified as to accuracy by the Board of Managers of Debtor.
