With respect to all Receivables included in the related Receivables Pool, the Transferor shall have Delivered each related Original Contract Document to the Collateral Custodian and the Trust shall have received the related executed Document Receipt in accordance with the requirements of the Collateral Custodian Agreement, and the Transferor and the Servicer shall have marked their computer files with respect to such Receivables to indicate the interest of the Trust or its or their assignee.
