Common use of Collateral Disclosure List Clause in Contracts

Collateral Disclosure List. On or prior to the Closing Date, the Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent a list (the "Collateral Disclosure List") which shall contain such information with respect to each Borrower's business and real and personal property as the Agent may require and shall be certified by a Responsible Officer of each of the Borrowers, all in the form provided to the Borrowers by the Agent. Promptly after demand by the Agent, the Borrowers, as appropriate, shall furnish to the Agent an update of the information contained in the Collateral Disclosure List at any time and from time to time as may be requested by the Agent.
