The financing statements, mortgages, charges and other filings (collectively, “Collateral Filings”), in each case, duly authorized by each Loan Party constituting the debtor (or the equivalent thereof under the laws of each relevant jurisdiction), including the indications of the collateral, attached as Schedule 6 relating to the applicable Security Agreement or Mortgage or other applicable Security Document, are in the appropriate forms for filing in the Filing Offices in the jurisdictions identified in Schedule 7 hereof.
