Except as listed on Schedule 6 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the financing statements, mortgages, charges and other filings (collectively, “Collateral Filings”), in each case, duly authorized by each Loan Party constituting the debtor (or the equivalent thereof under the laws of each relevant jurisdiction), including the indications of the collateral relating to the applicable Security Agreement or the applicable Mortgage or other applicable Security Document, are set forth in Schedule 6 of the Prior Perfection Certificate and are in the appropriate forms for filing in the filing offices in the jurisdictions identified in Schedule 7 hereto and thereto.
