Collateral for Allied Note. In the event Purchaser reasonably determines that there may be Hazardous Substances situated on or under the Allied Tract or there is a structural or mechanical problem with any of the improvements situated on the Allied Tract and Purchaser in good faith believes that such determination impairs the value of the Allied Note, the same shall be an Adjustment Event and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the provisions of Section 20.3.
