Common use of Collateral for Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Collateral for Guaranty. The obligations of the Guarantors under this Guaranty shall be secured by the Security Agreement and, if applicable, a Pledge Agreement, executed and delivered by each of the Guarantors to Agent, pursuant to the Credit Agreement, together with such other Loan Documents as are required to be executed and delivered by one or more of the Guarantors concurrently with or subsequent to the date hereof, all pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and/or any of the other Loan Documents.

Collateral for Guaranty. The obligations of the Guarantors (other than Quantum) under this Guaranty shall be secured by the Security Agreement andsecurity agreements, if applicablecollateral assignments, a Pledge Agreement, and other Loan Documents executed and delivered by each of the Guarantors to Agent, pursuant to the Credit Agreement, together with such other Loan Documents as are required to be executed and delivered by one or more of the Guarantors concurrently with or subsequent to the date hereof, all pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement and/or or any of the other Loan Documents.
