Collateral Not in Flood Zone. None of the Collateral located on the Site is located in an area that has been identified by the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards or in which flood insurance is required and has been made available under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, unless the Borrower has provided the Administrative Agent with proof of appropriate flood insurance with respect thereto.
