Collateral Obligations Not to Be Evidenced by Promissory Notes. The Depositor will take no action, nor permit any action to be taken, to cause any Collateral Obligation not originally evidenced by a promissory note to be evidenced by an Instrument, except in connection with the enforcement or collection of such Collateral Obligation. In the event that any Collateral Obligation not originally evidenced by a promissory note is evidenced by an Instrument, the Depositor shall deliver such Instrument to the Custodian.
