Collateral Protection Generally. Borrower and each Guarantor shall give Lender prompt written notice of any legal process affecting the Collateral, such other property and assets of Borrower or any Guarantor, or any Liens thereon. Borrower and each Guarantor shall protect and defend such Person’s title to its assets from and against all other Persons claiming any interest adverse to Borrower or any Guarantor, and Borrower and each Guarantor shall at all times to keep such Person’s property and assets free and clear from any legal process or Liens whatsoever (except for Permitted Liens), and shall give Lender prompt written notice of any legal process affecting such Person’s assets.
