Collateral Protection. If any Assignor shall fail to do any act that it has covenanted to do hereunder, or if any representation or warranty of any Assignor shall be breached, the Lender, in its own name or that of such Assignor (in the sole discretion of the Lender), may (but shall not be obligated to) do such act or remedy such breach (or cause such act to be done or such breach to be remedied), and the Assignors agree promptly to reimburse the Lender for any cost or expense incurred by the Lender in so doing.
