Collateral Qualification Documents. The Collateral Qualification Documents for each parcel of Mortgaged Property to be included in the Collateral as of the Closing Date which is not collateral for the Original Credit Agreement shall have been delivered to the Agent at the Borrowers’ expense. Borrowers shall deliver to Agent such updated title reports as Agent may reasonably request, but Borrowers shall not be required to deliver any current surveys (as-built or otherwise) or title policies with respect to the Mortgaged Property included in the Collateral as of the Closing Date.
