Common use of Collateral Revenues Clause in Contracts

Collateral Revenues. Debtor’s rights, if any, to receive any Collateral Revenues shall automatically cease, and all Collateral Revenues shall be paid to the Lender. Any and all Collateral Revenues received by the Lender may be retained by the Lender as additional Collateral or, in the Lender’s discretion, may be applied toward the satisfaction of the Obligations. In such event the Lender shall have the right and power to receive, endorse and collect all checks and other orders for payment of money made payable to Debtor representing any dividend or other distribution payable or distributable in respect of any Collateral.
