Collateral Sub-Agents. Each Bank by its execution and delivery of this Agreement agrees, as contemplated by Section 4.03 of the Security Agreement, that, in the event it shall hold any Permitted Investments referred to therein, such Permitted Investments shall be held in the name and under the control of such Bank, and such Bank shall hold such Permitted Investments as a collateral sub-agent for the Agent thereunder. The Company by its execution and delivery of this Agreement hereby consents to the foregoing.
