Common use of Collateral Trustee May Perform Clause in Contracts

Collateral Trustee May Perform. If any Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Collateral Trustee may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Collateral Trustee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Pledgor under Section 15.

Collateral Trustee May Perform. If any Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Collateral Trustee may, but without any obligation shall not be obligated to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable fees and expenses of the Collateral Trustee and its agents and counsel incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Pledgor under pursuant to Section 156.4.

If Subject to the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement, if any Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Collateral Trustee may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Collateral Trustee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Pledgor under Section 1516.

If any Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained hereinherein after receipt of a written request to do so from the Collateral Trustee, the Collateral Trustee may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Collateral Trustee Trustee, including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of its counsel, incurred in connection therewith therewith, shall be payable by such Pledgor under Section 15and shall be considered Obligations.
