Collateral Trustee not Required to Serve, File, Register or Record. The Collateral Trustee is not required to serve, file, register or record any instrument releasing or subordinating its Liens on any Collateral; provided, however, that if, in connection with any release pursuant to Article 4 of this Agreement, EFIH shall make a written demand for a termination statement under Section 9-513(c) of the UCC, the Collateral Trustee shall comply with the written request of such EFIH to comply with the requirements of such UCC provision; provided, further, that the Collateral Trustee must first confirm with the Secured Debt Representatives that the requirements of such UCC provisions have been satisfied.
