Collateral Trustee’s Lien. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Trust Agreement, as security for the payment of Collateral Trustee Fees (i) the Collateral Trustee is hereby granted a lien upon all Collateral prior to the lien securing the First Priority Obligations and (ii) the Collateral Trustee shall have the right to use and apply any of the funds held by the Collateral Trustee in the Collateral Account to cover such Collateral Trustee Fees.
