Collected Funds. No Subscription Payment shall be disbursed pursuant to Section 5 until such Subscription Payment has been received by the Escrow Agent in immediately available funds.
Collected Funds. Funds collected from the Federal Reserve as a result of the processing of EFT Data entries.
Collected Funds. The phrase "collected funds" relates to the total amount of funds received by the Escrow Agent from the Underwriter.

If, upon presentment for payment, any payment instrument is dishonored, the Escrow Agent shall immediately notify the Company of such dishonor and return such payment instrument to the Company.
Collected Funds. No interest shall accrue on any Subscription Payment and no Subscription Payment shall be disbursed pursuant to Section 7 until such Subscription Payment has been received by the Escrow Agent in immediately available funds.
Collected Funds. No monies shall be required to be disbursed by the Escrow Agent until and unless it has collected funds.
Collected Funds. You are responsible to maintain good and sufficient collected funds in or available credit on each Account from which you instruct us to transfer money and we are not obligated to process a payment order or other instruction if you do not have sufficient collected funds on deposit in or available credit on the Account at the time the payment order or instruction is received.
Collected Funds. In no event shall Escrow Holder be required to release any --------------- amounts until it has received collected funds. Collected funds shall mean all funds received by Escrow Holder which have cleared normal banking channels and for which Escrow Holder shall have received final settlement.
