Additional Deposits. (a) The Servicer and the Seller, as applicable, shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account on the Determination Date on which such obligations are due the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables and the aggregate Sale Amounts with respect to Sold Receivables. (b) The proceeds of any purchase or sale of the assets of the Trust described in Section 10.1 shall be deposited in the Collection Account.

Additional Deposits. (a) The following additional deposits shall be made to the Collection Account one (1) day prior to each Payment Date: (i) the RPA Seller shall remit the aggregate Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to Warranty Receivables pursuant to Section 2.04 and (ii) the Servicer shall remit (A) any extension fee charged in connection with the extension of a Receivable pursuant to Section 3.02, (B) the aggregate Advances pursuant to Section 4.04(a), (C) the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments with respect to Administrative Receivables pursuant to Section 3.08, and (D) the amount required upon the optional purchase of all Receivables by the Servicer or any successor to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.01. (b) [Reserved] (c) All deposits required to be made in respect of a Collection Period pursuant to this Section by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, on the related Deposit Date.

(b) All deposits required to be made pursuant to this Section by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, on or prior to 11:00am New York time on each Payment Date. At the direction of the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee shall invest any amounts deposited prior to a Payment Date in Eligible Investments maturing in such a manner and such time so as to be available as part of Available Collections on the related Payment Date.

The Servicer will deposit the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables when such obligations are due. All such deposits shall be made on the Payment Determination Date for the related Collection Period.
Additional Deposits. The Servicer and the Depositor shall deposit in the Collection Account the aggregate Administrative Purchase Payments and Warranty Payments with respect to Administrative Receivables and Warranty Receivables, respectively. All such deposits with respect to a Monthly Period shall be made in immediately available funds on or before the Distribution Date related to such Monthly Period.
Additional Deposits. The Servicer and the Seller shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables on the Transfer Date related to the Collection Period on the last day of which the purchase occurs, and the Servicer shall deposit therein all amounts to be paid under Section 9.1 on the Transfer Date falling in the Collection Period referred to in Section 9.1. The Servicer shall deposit the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables when such obligations are due, unless the Servicer shall not be required to make deposits within two Business Days of receipt of funds pursuant to Section 5.3, in which case such deposits shall be made on the Transfer Date following the related Collection Period.
Additional Deposits. The Depositor and the Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Receivables pursuant to Sections 2.4, 3.7 or 9.1. All such deposits described above with respect to a Collection Period shall be made in immediately available funds no later than 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Business Day preceding the Distribution Date following such Collection Period.

(b) All deposits required to be made pursuant to Section 5.05(a) by the Seller or the Servicer, as the case may be, may be made in the form of a single deposit and shall be made in immediately available funds, no later than 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Business Day immediately preceding the related Distribution Date. At the direction of the Servicer, the Relevant Trustee shall invest such amounts in Eligible Investments in accordance with Section 5.01(b). (c) So long as NMAC is the Servicer, NMAC (as Servicer or in any other capacity) may make the remittances pursuant to Sections 5.02 and 5.05(a) above net of amounts to be distributed to the Servicer or its Affiliates pursuant to Section 5.06 and may pay the Optional Purchase Price pursuant to Section 9.01(a) net of amounts to be distributed to the Servicer or its Affiliates. Accounts between the Servicer and such Affiliates will be adjusted accordingly. Nonetheless, the Servicer shall account for all of the above described remittances and distributions (except for the Supplemental Servicing Fee to the extent that the Servicer is entitled to retain such amounts) in the Servicer’s Certificate as if the amounts were deposited and/or transferred separately.

Additional Deposits. (a) The Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate purchase price with respect to Purchased Student Loans as determined pursuant to Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement and all other amounts to be paid by the Servicer under Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement when such amounts are due, and the Depositor shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Collection Account the aggregate Purchase Amount with respect to Purchased Student Loans and all other amounts to be paid by the Depositor under Article VI of the Depositor Sale Agreement when such amounts are due. (b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in clause (a) above, if daily deposits to the Collection Account are not required pursuant to Section 2.04, the Servicer shall pay the amounts referred to in clause (a) above that would otherwise be deposited into the Collection Account to the Administrator. The Administrator shall not be required to deposit such amounts into the Collection Account until the Business Day preceding each Quarterly Distribution Date; provided, however, that (1) on or before the Business Day preceding each Monthly Servicing Payment Date that is not a Quarterly Distribution Date, the Administrator shall deposit into the Collection Account that portion of such amounts received by it that is equal to the Primary Servicing Fee payable on such date and (2) the Administrator shall also deposit into the Collection Account (a) on or before the fifteenth calendar day of each month, an amount sufficient to make the allocations described under Section 2.07(e) and (b) on or before the Business Day preceding each Distribution Date that is not a Quarterly Distribution Date any amounts required to make distributions on such Distribution Date not previously deposited pursuant to clause (a) above, in each case, to the extent it has collected such amounts during the related Collection Period; and provided, further, that the Administrator shall also deposit into the Collection Account on such date interest on such amounts (less Servicing Fees paid during such period) calculated on a daily basis from the first day of the month following receipt thereof by the Administrator through the last day of the related Collection Period at a rate equal to the Federal Funds Rate less 0.20%.
