Collection Assistance. 1. The competent authorities of the Contracting States undertake to lend assistance to each other in the collection of taxes, together with interest, costs, and civil penalties relating to such taxes, referred to in this Article as a "revenue claim".
Collection Assistance. At the reasonable request of SBBT, and subject to Applicable Law, JHI shall provide reasonable assistance to SBBT in the collection of past due RALs. Such assistance may include providing updated addresses and phone numbers for Customers, to the extent permitted by law.

Buyer shall cooperate with Seller in collecting accounts receivable which relate to periods prior to the Closing Date, but shall not be responsible for actively collecting such receivables for Seller. Until the earlier of: (i) Seller receives payment of all of Seller’s A/R; or (ii) the date which is twelve (12) months after the Closing Date, Buyer shall provide Seller with an accounting by the 20th day of each month setting forth all amounts received by Buyer during the preceding month with respect to Seller’s A/R which are set forth in the schedule provided by Seller pursuant to Section 2.4. Seller shall have the right to inspect all cash receipts of Buyer related to payment for services rendered to residents of the Facility prior to the Closing Date, during weekday business hours, in order to confirm Buyer’s compliance with the obligations imposed on it under this Section.
Collection Assistance. If the Company so requests, the Insured shall permit the Company to cooperatively assist the Insured in the collection of moneys due under the Loan, including obtaining information from the Borrower, attempting to develop payment schedules acceptable to the Insured, conducting Property inspections and requesting appraisals of the Property.
Collection Assistance. The Company may cooperatively assist the Insured in its loss mitigation activities including communications with the Borrower or other individual or entity associated with the default or loss mitigation event for the expressed purpose of obtaining information relative to the default and/or attempting to develop and/or finalize events or transactions that mitigate the Loss and are acceptable to the Insured.
Collection Assistance. Purchaser will, if so requested by Seller, assist Seller in collecting all accounts receivable arising from Seller's conduct of the Business prior to the Closing Date; provided that Purchaser shall not be required to take any actions which Purchaser reasonably determines would adversely affect its relationship with such customer.
Collection Assistance. 1. The Contracting States agree to lend aid and assistance to each other in the collection of the taxes covered by this Convention and in the collection of any interest or additional taxes, excluding any fines or penalties likely to be applied to such taxes.
Collection Assistance. If the City deems all residents of a Residence are handicapped or due to age or verified physical limitations cannot safely move their Recycling Cart and Polycart to the curb, Contractor personnel will collect the Carts at the side yard or garage door and return to the same place once emptied (Tub-out Service). All requests for collection assistance will be approved by the City and then relayed by the City to Contractor.
