In addition, C&W USA reserves the right to discontinue paying royalties to the Virtual ISP for any End User that fails to pay C&W USA for C&W USA's services in accordance with C&W USA's payment terms for such services. C&W USA shall provide the Virtual ISP with ten (10) days' advance written notice prior to any such discontinuance of royalties to the Virtual ISP.
