Common use of Collection Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Collection Cooperation. Each of CNHi Capital and CNHi shall cooperate in the other’s efforts to collect amounts due from Dealers following recovery of possession and disposition of CNHi Parts and Wholegoods financed pursuant to this Agreement.
