Common use of Collection Costs and Attorneys’ Fees Clause in Contracts

Collection Costs and Attorneys’ Fees. If you fail to follow this Agreement, you will be liable to us for any resulting losses, costs, or expenses we incur. You authorize us to deduct any such losses, costs, or expenses from any eligible Account on which you are an owner without prior notice to you. If we initiate legal action to collect any amount you owe us under this Agreement, you will be responsible to pay us for our reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, subject to applicable law.
