Collection, Culling, and Exchange of Search Terms. Except as otherwise provided herein, the identification, collection, and production of documents and ESI that are subject to production under the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure and responsive to the Requesting Party’s document requests shall occur through identification of appropriate custodians, sources, search terms (if appropriate), date restrictions, and other methods reasonably designed by the Producing Party to identify and produce documents and ESI.
