The Servicer shall use reasonable efforts to collect all Billed TCs from Customers and any Third-Party Collectors as and when the same become due and shall follow such collection procedures as it follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself or others, including with respect to the following: The Servicer shall prepare and deliver overdue notices to Customers and any REPs in accordance with applicable PUCT Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices.
