Common use of Collection of Accounts and other Receivables Clause in Contracts

Collection of Accounts and other Receivables. Until any Loan Party’s authority to do so is terminated by Agent (which notice of termination Agent may give at any time following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default), each Loan Party will, at such Loan Party’s sole cost and expense, collect all amounts received on Accounts and other Receivables. From and after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, upon Agent’s demand, each Loan Party shall deliver to Agent, in original form and on the date of receipt thereof, all checks, drafts, notes, money orders, acceptances, cash and other evidences of Indebtedness at any time received by Loan Parties.
