Collection of Acquired Receivables. The Company hereby grants to Buyer the right and authority to collect for Buyer’s own account all Accounts Receivable and other amounts that are included in the Acquired Assets and to endorse with the name of the Company any checks, drafts or similar instruments received with respect to any of the foregoing.
