Common use of Collection of Condemnation Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Collection of Condemnation Proceeds. All proceeds of condemnation awards or proceeds of sale in lieu of condemnation with respect to the GL Property and all judgments, decrees and awards for injury or damage to the GL Property shall be paid to BNPLC and applied as provided in subparagraph 7(A) above. BNPLC is hereby authorized, in the name of Lessor, to execute and deliver valid acquittances for, and to appeal from, any such judgment, decree or award concerning condemnation of any of the GL Property. BNPLC shall not be, in any event or circumstances, liable or responsible for failure to collect, or to exercise diligence in the collection of, any such proceeds, judgments, decrees or awards.
